Regional Student Short Film Competition

ACADEMY NOMINATIONS ONLY

Individual submissions are not accepted.

The Regional Student Short Film Competition is developed in collaboration with invited film academies across the former Yugoslavia.

Participating academies are invited by the Festival to nominate selected student works for consideration.

Films submitted independently by students, filmmakers, producers or third parties are not eligible for this section.

04
FEATURE FILMS

Feature Films & Special Screenings

BY INVITATION / PARTNERSHIP

Feature films are programmed primarily by Festival invitation and through institutional partnerships.

Due to the Festival's scale, limited screening capacity and production resources, unsolicited feature film submissions are generally not considered.

Feature films and special screenings are developed through collaborations with recognised film festivals, cultural institutions, embassies, cultural institutes, cinematheques, film archives, distributors and professional film organisations.

A feature film proposal may be considered when it is supported by a recognised cultural or film institution that is willing to collaborate with the Festival in developing and realising the screening.

05
COLLABORATIONS

Programme Partnerships

Silver Frame welcomes meaningful programming collaborations with established cultural and film institutions.

Partnership proposals may involve feature films, special screenings, curated programmes, educational activities, guest filmmakers, masterclasses or other activities connected to the Festival's artistic and educational mission.
